Beads Bails & Bundles and its principals believe that giving back to our local community is important. As such, listed below are just some of the organizations and fundraisers which we have supported through donations or sponsorships:
The Montezuma Ball - A revival of the territorial event which began in 1902, this high profile charitable event in Albuquerque, New Mexico was revived in 2000 and is once again held annually. It has supported very worthy causes including: The New Mexico Multi-Cultural Foundation, National Dance Institute of New Mexico, The New Mexico Community Loan Fund, Albuquerque Independent Business Alliance, ACCION New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado, The New Mexico Museum Foundation and many more.
Laughter is the Best Medicine - A fundraiser for Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation, supporting Presbyterian Hospital in New Mexico.
Chocolate Fantasy - A fundraiser for the New Mexico Museum of History and Science.
Boo Ball - An annual Albuquerque fundraiser which in 2011 supported Playworks Albuquerque as its recipient for the event. Playworks, a national nonprofit organization, launched for the first time in Albuquerque for the 2011 - 2012 school year. Playworks leverages the power of play to increase academic achievement and physical activity, plus support cognitive and behavioral health so our kids can succeed in school and life.
Pegasus Legal Services for Children - promotes and defends the rights of children and youth to safe and stable homes, quality education and healthcare, and a voice in decisions that affect their lives. Pegasus is a private non-profit agency providing civil legal services to children, youth, and their caregivers, including direct representation, community legal education, and policy advocacy.
Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation Capital Campaign - to support the new Presbyterian Hospital in Rio Rancho, New Mexico
Junior League of Albuquerque - to support their five-year focus to battle hunger through A Model Food Pantry.
Project New Day - a fundraiser supported by New Day Youth and Family Services - a non-profit organization whose mission is to engage troubled youth and their families in charting a proactive life course that will help them become meaningful and productive members of the community.
New Mexico American Marketing Association - Established in 1983, The New Mexico Chapter of the American Marketing Association (NMAMA) represents marketing professionals throughout New Mexico — a full mix of client-side, agency and marketing service providers — and provides a forum for the educational and professional development of its members.
Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico - a non-profit organization that rescues, rehabilitates and finds loving forever homes for small companion dogs. Over the past 10 years, this organization has rescued and placed for adoption over 2,000 small dogs.
